- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Two ATMs are out of service at the same time. Earlier this summer, I deposited $700 via ATM, and it registered only $400. Assistants are unorganized. They never quite seem to comprehend my rather vivid English speech. In turn, I occasionally struggle to understand their accents. This is just one bad bank.By Kay, August 24, 2017
