- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible experience and pathetic customer service. 12 years with Capital one and I think I am done with this bank. I came to this branch on 5/26/17 opened an account and the cards were ordered. Today 6/9/17 the cards haven't arrived. The lady who opened the account said you can't select any card pics for new cards at this time due to the new system is having issues or giving her hard time etc. If you open an account at this branch, you will be staying with the temporary debit cards for a while.
