- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You use to be able to drop paperwork off than leave. Of course now you have to wait sometime allot of the time over an he just to drop paperwork off. You never get a call back, or you call speak to someone and then get a letter saying you didn't. Honestly I work in customer service so I understand it's hard to please everyone especially in this type of business but it's truly horrible. They need better people in there.
