- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After having PNC bank for many years, it is time I move on to a more professional branch. This bank is absoutley horrible. A few months ago while depositing 350 cash through the ATM it was late and I didn't want to carry around cash. I stopped to make a deposit at the ATM located at the PNC branch by Henderson corner in Germantown md. During my transaction the ATM reads "sorry for the inconvenience temporarily out of order. My money was taken no transaction history. I called the next day and went into the branch and was told I had to wait unti the next business day for them to count the ATM for overages, long story short the money was never found. I asked to cancel me account I went in on May 12 to cancel my account and was told it would be closed the following business day now I'm in the negative how is this possible for an account that was allegedly closed by Pooanam smh.
